i was surprised at how moisturizing it is. usually toners have a watery consistency but this product is a bit thicker. it is easily absorbed leaving the skin feeling soft and plump.

I use this product after the matching oil and water-based cleansers. Like the cleansers, the toner has a light scent and leaves my face soft and hydrated. It is more thick than other toners, similar to a gel consistency. But this doesn't leave your face sticky and absorbs right away.
Have been using for over a month, easily absorbed by the skin and leaves it moisturised. Was a little worried about consistency at first (lotion gel-like), but I feel it does control sebum well. Will be permanently part of my skin-care routine going on!
